Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Serpbids (the "Service"), operated by ADYNTEL PLATFORM S.R.L. ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you can bind that company to these terms.

1. What the Service does

Serpbids runs Google searches for the keywords you add and records the paid text ads shown on the results page: the advertiser, position, ad text and the destination shown in the ad. Reports such as share of voice are our own estimates from those searches. They are not Google data, and they can differ from what any single person sees, because ads change by location, time, device and person.

2. Your account

You need a valid email address and a password to use the Service. Keep your password and API key private: you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. We don't refund partial months, except where the law requires it.
• When you upgrade, you're charged right away for the rest of the current month (prorated).
• If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. If it still can't be collected, your account moves to the Free plan. Keywords above the Free limit are paused, not deleted.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The change applies from your next billing period.
• Prices don't include taxes unless stated. You're responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: resell or redistribute the Service's raw data as a competing data product; try to get around plan limits or access other users' data; overload the Service or the API beyond the documented limits; or use the Service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Your data

The keywords, settings and exported data in your account are yours. You can export them as CSV or via the API at any time. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running and scanning on schedule, but we don't guarantee that every scan succeeds or that the Service is available at all times. Search engines change often, and some scans fail and are retried. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a feature that's central to a paid plan, you can cancel and get a prorated refund for the unused part of the current period.

7. Disclaimer

The Service and its data are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of the data. Don't base decisions solely on Serpbids data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that stay unpaid. When an account is closed, we delete its data within 30 days, except what we must keep by law (such as invoices).

10. Changes to these terms

We'll email you about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms.
